How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (before taxes, after discount codes) — applied automatically at checkout. Below that, your rate is calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We ship from Mississauga, Ontario via Canada Post and UPS. Delivery in North America takes up to 7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow additional time for warehouse processing.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Orders ship across North America, with delivery up to 7 business days from the warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return a product. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method, or you can take store credit. Return shipping is at your expense unless you added Checkout+ to your order. Gift cards, mystery items and decals are not eligible for return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If the fit isn't right, send it back within 30 days — you cover return shipping, and TEAMLTD covers shipping the new size back to you. Start with the Return / Exchange form, or process an exchange in person at 505 Queensway East, Unit 1, Mississauga ON (call ahead: 905 803 8326).

What if my item arrives damaged?

On the rare occasion something arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@teamltdshop.com and we'll make it right.
