Track Your Order

Every TEAMLTD order comes with tracking. Here's how to find yours:

From your confirmation email

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and click View your order. The order status page shows live tracking from the moment your package leaves our Mississauga warehouse.

In the Shop app

If you checked out with Shop Pay, your order and its tracking appear automatically in the Shop app.

Carriers

We ship via Canada Post and UPS. Once you have a tracking number, you can also look it up directly on the carrier's site. Delivery in Canada takes up to 7 business days after your order leaves the warehouse.

Says delivered, but it's not there?

Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a little early. Give it 24 hours and check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk and neighbours. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Can't find your tracking?

Email info@teamltdshop.com or call 905 803 8326 (Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 4pm) with your order number and we'll track it down.
